Yes, you can perform Umrah with your mother if you are male (biological son and have reached puberty) and you are Mahram for your mother. As Mahram you are allowed to perform Umrah with them. In addition, Islam prohibits a woman from travelling alone without Mahram. However, according to a recent Saudi law, women over the age of 45 can perform Umrah without Mahram, but their journey will be scheduled under an organized group.
